Second time in Toyoko Inn. First time was in Saga, Kyushu. Room isn't large but you can slide large luggages under the bed. Thoughtful design. Wished every hotel did this because laying down a suitcase takes up so much floor space. Wifi was quick and stable. Check-in and check-out was easy using their terminals. Free coffee at the lobby is pretty good. Finally they have free breakfast which was surprisingly good for a freebie. Adequate parking on site and staff is friendly too. Will consider future Toyoko Inns. Entire stay was smooth and trouble free.

This is a Toyoka Inn: in our couple of weeks holiday they have become a favourite. At this one we could get a queen size room, which is a lot better than the economy room. For the first time with Toyoko, I have a very petty grievance: the pillow didn't suit me. Apart from that: great staff, great breakfast, clean. Just a wonderfully reliable chain hotel. Price is usually good or very good. Parking is sometimes free, sometimes paid. We have become lazy and just choose Toyoko Inn if there's one in the town we want to visit.

Superb location just opposite Abashiri JR Station. It was convenient for us to get in and out. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was a good size and bed comfortable. There are also quite a lot of food options nearby. Not far from attractions as the bus stop is just opposite hotel.

Everything is new, fresh and super clean. Staff responded to our request to place our rooms next to each other and in a quiet part of the building, so we had a very good sleep. Many thanks to professional staff for your support during our stay. The breakfast was simple, but good. Restaurant staff was very kind to assist me with my food restrictions and showed me allergen list. There is also a restaurant next to the building that is open till very late, very convenient.

Very conveniently located exactly opposite the station. Rooms are clean and good size, necessary amenities are available in the bathroom, bed is comfortable, breakfast is good. Staff is helpful. There is a microwave in the lobby to heat up your food.This hotel is value for money. They do store your baggage if you are earlier than their check in time or you want to store your baggage a few hours after check out. i had a great experience staying here.

the buffet breakfast was great and included in the price, part opening window in the room, evennthough it was winter i love having the option getting fresh air in a small room, this is a big plus for me

Perfect stay. Just across the road from the main station, buses to the tourist area just across the road. Great resturants within a minute walk. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
